Easy Marinated Vegetables

Great for summer BBQ’s

Wash all vegetables and cut into bite size pieces.

Any or all of the ones listed below work well.

Raw:
Broccoli cut into florets
Cauliflower cut into florets
Baby Carrots or Carrots cut into diagonal slices
Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers cut into small chunks
Small Button Mushroom left whole
Zucchini Rounds
Asparagus Spears cut into 2 or 3 pieces

Also Canned Baby Corn

Any other vegetables you like that will hold up to a marinade.

Prepare all vegetables and place the raw vegetables into a large bowl that has a cover.

Add 1 – 2 bottles Zesty Italian Dressing (I like Kraft) (amount depends on amount of vegetables you are using) and stir. Use enough dressing to heavily coat veggies. Cover and let marinate in fridge for several hours or overnight. Stir occasionally.

This will keep well in the fridge for several days depending on the vegetables you use.
