Easy Ways to Lose Weight at Any Age
posted November 5, 2009 - 5:25pmI may be younger but I have finally found the way to lose weight, successfully and honestly very easily. Ofcourse it is kind of the old fashion way but losing weight is a lot easier than you think it is.
About a month and a half ago I began to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. Do I spend hours in there? no! I go to a different class everyday and it is amazing. Not only am I meeting a lot of people but I am losing weight and having fun!
Mondays I always go to Body Combat...it is an amazing cardio workout that makes you feel amazing afterwards. You can definitely lose weight easily with this class
Wednesdays I go to Body Flow. Body Flow is a yoga, pilates, and tia chi class. This is definitely a great way to not only lose weight but to become much stronger as well.
Thursday I go to Spin. I know I know...how many people actually like Spin Class? But it is amazing cardio and definitely helps you to lose weight and easily.
All classes are only an hour. How easy is that? An hour of class, doesn't matter what age you are, and you feel so much better about yourself...and lose weight!
The Key...the key is to COOK AT HOME! That's right, no more going out to eat every other night! Simply meals that take 15 min. to cook can help you to lose weight so quickly and easily. Placing a chicken breast in the over and cooking some vegatables on the stove can do wonders for your waist line. Losing weight is so much easier and faster with a home cooked meal. Even without the exercise you will lose atleast a little bit of weight easily just by cooking at home.
I don't know about you but I love the feeling of losing weight. I also like the thought of it being easy. Well, if you get into a routine...it is easy! Go straight from work, that way you don't get distracted by other things. Make it a routine! Carry your gym bag in your car!
I promise you...losing weight can be easy and fun if you just follow these simply steps. It becomes a lifestyle and it becomes a lifestyle very quickly, as long as you stick to it!
