eBay Changing It's Basic Business Plan

eBay the net's small business-partner is changing the basic business plan it operates itself to an online "Store" that sells new merchandise at fixed prices.
In the early days of the Internet Pierre Omidyar conceived of the "AuctionWeb" as part of his "Echo Bay Technologies" website. In 1996 Pierre Omidyar introduced the "Feedback Forum" to allow customers to rate the vendors they were buying from as a "Quality Control" innovation, and the basic ebay that we use today was formed.
Now, eBay is moving the marketplace to one of fixed price stores that it will operate along side the members onsite businesses.
