Well the latest gossip on Eddie Murphy and Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown is that she is taking Eddie to court to force him to take a paternity test.

Mel B. was left stunned when the actor publicly ended their relationship on a Dutch TV show in December, when she was five months pregnant with daughter Angel Iris Murphy Brown.

On the show, Eddie stated, "I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test."

However, Brown claims she has been unable to reach Murphy since her baby was born last month, so she is now taking legal action.

Mel B. said, "He's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate.

"So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is particularly weird because he was the one asking for it."
