Even though that may be the hardest part it is the most important part. Once, in your mind you have made the decision then it is time to practice effective weight loss now.
1. Make a promise to yourself. You see this is all about you. Don’t worry about others. In your plan go ahead and join up in some sort of race or charity event like riding a bike or a walk a thon. Know when the date is, plan ahead, do a bit of training. Once the day comes make sure you show up and do your best.
2. Don’t be scared to try new foods. Obviously you want to do your research and make sure they are good for you but after that you will be on your way to effective weight loss now. You can experiment with new ingredients and flavours. I think you will be pleasantly surprised in some of the new experiences you find.
3. You want to keep yourself on the go all the time. Develop a great exercise routine that fits your schedule and stick to it the best you can. In saying that also make sure you are always doing something. Work in the yard, do housework, go for walks and stuff like that. Sitting on the couch filling your face and watching television is doing absolutely nothing for your cause. Don’t make excuses like gym memberships are too expensive because there are far less expensive ways to work on your body to maintain effective weight loss now.
4. So if you want to eat when you shouldn’t be then think of something else. When you want to eat off of meal times have a distraction planned. You can phone a friend, clean your car or get on the internet and do some surfing. It really doesn’t matter what it is that you do but just have a plan in place for effective weight loss now.
5. Effective weight loss now doesn’t have to mean you never eat your favourite food again. Make sure you have rewards built in place. At the end of the week you absolutely can allow yourself a reward. Remember this is a reward and not cheating. It is important that you don’t over indulge. Treat yourself with your favourite food but just make it a conservative amount.
6. Drink lots of water. You can never go wrong with drinking water. Instead of juice, pop or anything like that replace it with water. The proper amount of water is not only healthy for you but will keep your body hydrated and working at top notch conditions.
So if you want effective weight loss now it’s just a matter of committing yourself and following through. I know this may sound easier said than done but at the end of the day you have to remember that you only have one body and one life so if that means anything to you then you should be able to get serious about effective weight loss now.
