Ellen Degeneres Iggy Dog Video

What an amazing story. Here is a brief recap.

Ellen Degeneres adopted a puppy from a rescue organization,Mutts and Moms, took it to her vets to be neutered, paid the vet to take the puppy home and not leave it at the vet clinic, had the puppy trained to get along with her cats and says all this cost her more then $3000.

So far so good.

Iggy went home with Ellen and simply could not get along in the household. He had too much energy and did not get along with the cats, despite his expensive training.

What to do.... Ellen knew her hairdresser's family was looking for a puppy, and thought that since they had an 11 year old and a 12 year old to keep up with the puppies energy it would be an ideal placement... Sooooo she gave them the puppy.

Iggy bonded to the girls.... the girls bonded to Iggy and sent daily pictures to work with their mom for Ellen to see...

It seemed an ideal solution.

The rescue organization called Ellen to check on the puppy and she told them the saga of Iggy and his new home. They went ballistic and informed her that she had violated their contract and that they wanted the puppy back. The next day they sent representatives to Iggy's new home and took him. They refuse to place him with this new family.

The girls are heartbroken to have lost their dog. Iggy is depressed to have lost yet another family... things are not going well.

Up to this point, nothing really unusual or newsworthy has happened. These things happen frequently and do not make national news.

But, this is Ellen Degeneres... who has her own TV show... who told the story in her own tearful way to an adoring public.

She cried as she told the story.... cried as in weeping and wailing... really over the top...

Were they real tears? Who knows... In the final analysis.. does it matter. She definitely made her point....
