Emma and Jacob are the top baby names for girls and boys respectively for 2009. Emma has ended Emily's 12-year reign as the No. 1 baby name for girls in 2008, whereas, Jacob, is at the top for the 10th straight year. Emily, which was the top girls name for 12 years in a year row, dipped down to number 3. Barack and Miley have moved up the list, with Barack making by far the biggest improvement rising an astonishing 10,000 spots to number 2,409. Read more on this here.
