Surrounded by many things to do and many work which are still left undone and awaiting only you to complete them, how can I get out of this vicious cycle?

Thanks to the nice surround sound of Pachelbel - Canon in D major playing on my computer that everything else for that moment freezes while my mind and spirit enjoy this masterpiece. I do not really know the background details of this piece of music but it really soothes the emotions within and calms the busyness of whatever task at hand.

Enjoying music - one of life's emotion filling activity that usually gets wiped out of our busy priorities, depraving us of rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and restoration.

I remember watching the movie Shawshank Redemption where Andy broke into the announcement room of the warden and without the warden's knowledge, played a piece of orchestratic music over the prison speakers. All the prisoners in that instance came to a standstill.
