Equality in Medical Treatment For Gays: New Supreme Court Ruling

According to this news report, the doctors practicing in California cannot deny medical treatment to a gay or a lesbian and should treat them like any other patient, or find another colleague who would be willing to do so. This is a new ruling by the state Supreme Court. The doctors cannot site religious reasons to avoid treatment of gay patients.
