Estate Tax

I feel that there should be no estate tax... consider this...

Your parents/grandparents etc... already paid income tax on their earnings.

Why the hell does the person inheriting the assets have to pay another layer of taxes???

That's called "double taxation," which shouldn't be tolerated in such a capitalist nation.
