Charles Ray Fuller is a 21 year old Texan with dreams of starting a record label. So he allegedly borrowed his girlfriend’s mother’s checkbook and wrote himself a check for $360 Billion. He was later arrested for check forgery, carrying a weapon, and possession of marijuana.
