Exercise for the health, beauty and weight loss.
Exercise is one of the main questions when we look at the problem of weight loss, health and beauty.
Some specialists advise to be active after eating food, to walk for some time or some thing else. I think we should walk approximately 140 feet or more than after eating food. You will feel relax and it’s good for health.
But there are opinions that the first thing you should do after eating is to stand only 5-15 minutes do not walk, walking after eating is not really good because you may get appendicitis disease. Then after if it's done standing for 5-15 minutes you may start to do what ever you want to do walk, to run, jump.
Then, there is the question of the over exercise.
I used to have a gym mate who works out twice a day, once in the morning and another in the afternoon and she spends more than 2 hours every sessions.
And to top it off, she only ate pureed blanched vegetables. She dropped weight in just a short time. The problem is she looked pale and unhealthy. Well, I didn't see her anymore. I wonder what happened to her. She was really losing weight fast. And body mass as well, because her behind flattened, and so her chest.
So, I am absolutely sure that over exercise is harmful to the health and beauty. Too much of everything is bad, even vitamins, and so is exercise.
