Exercise may treat Asthma

I was born asthmatic. That is true. When I was young there was not a time in a month that I do not suffer an asthma attack.

This has been going on until I reach the age of 12. I have not reach a point where I have to use a puffer inhaler but there were times that I was brought to the hospital for treatment.

Considering my health condition, I was always the one who is sitting in the chair and not doing to much phsical activity to avoid stress to prevent suffering an asthma attack.

Then one day, I enrolled in a sports program. Basically it was a tennis lesson. I started slow until my training sessions was increased from 20 minutes to 30 minutes until I was able to reach 1 hour of playing without out having an asthma attack.

Now I am in my 30's, and thank God, I have not suffered a single ashtma attack until now. In other words, I am totally cured.

So, for those who have asthma, one way perhaps to treat the asthma is to come up with some exercise program. Just do it slowly but surely. I am sure that it will bring forth great benefits.
