Have You Watched Exorcist: The Beginning?

I've watched The Exorcist in the past, but I had NO IDEA there was 'Exorcist: The Beginning'. It apparently came out in 2004. From the looks of it, it seems to have received mixed reviews (mostly the thumbs down), but I can't NOT watch it - it's a horror flick, gotta watch it even if it indeed turns out to be disappointing.
