Many people struggle in life in attaining what they want. There are a number of factors that prevent people from feeling confident about themselves and most of it stems from conditioning during adolescent stages of development. From early on we are conditioned to fear different things in our lives or to see reality as dualistic, when really everything and everyone are all going through the same experiences and there is nothing to be afraid of. Some people live their lives trying to avoid certain situations, but the more we avoid and keep ourselves slaves to our fears, the less we develop and grow.

The main way to grow is to overcome obstacles and accomplish goals, but many fears stand in the way of our goals, so in order to get what we want and develop any amount of self esteem and confidence we have to face things we wouldn't necessarily want to. This is called cognitive behaviour therapy. We have to go against the grain and rush into things that we are uncomfortable with until we realize that there really is nothing holding us back.

We have to eliminate our perceptions that make us believe something isn't possible when it actually is. We have to continually push the bar to try and achieve what we want until there are no barriers in our way. We have to start small and make strides to accomplishing more and more until we reach our desired outcome in our lives. To get what we want requires persistence and it requires failure.

Sometimes we have to experience a lot of failure in order to become successful. Some people will set out and attempt to do something, but when they reach a road block and give up and never get what they want. I suppose this is a way of discovering actually what we do want in our lives, thru trial and error, but the number one reason why people are not successful in their lives is because the give up. If you have a goal and you meet many failures and deterrents, be sure to continually work towards them until you meet and defeat every single one of them. Never give up when you are trying to accomplish something and eventually you will get there.

Always remember to keep refining the possibilities until you are only left with one solution and you will eventually find your dreams become manifest before your eyes. It may take a lifetime of struggle to achieve but if you stay focused and excited and keep the desire strong to get what you want, you will eventually find it wasn't that hard and determination and dedication and hard work pay off. This is the law of compensation and how it works is if you work and work and focus on something and put in the amount of hard work it requires to get somewhere, eventually your hard work will pay off and you will be compensated for it, so, never give up on your dreams.
