George W. Bush did not win in 2004 because Americans believed his policy was correct. He won because he was able to make his opponent, John Kerry, into being viewed by a majority of Americans as a "flip-flopper".

Even in the face of a monumental failure and mistake in Iraq, Bush still believed wholeheartedly that his war was justified. If it were up to him, Americans will be in Iraq 1,000 years, dying and killing innocent Iraqis.

If Democrats are to defeat his vision of a never-ending, evil occupation of Iraq, then they must not waver against it. They must not recognize any arguement the Republicans use to justify the occupation. The occupation is evil and MUST end. No exceptions.

This is what the majority of Americans believe. Now will the Democrats provide the leadership necessary and stop second-guessing themselves?

Some evidence seems to reveal that this is the case. We know that Republican propagandists like Rush Limbaugh and Anne Coulter are unwaveringly for the occupation, even if it lasts a thousand years. However, now at least one Democratic pundit is against the Iraqi War wholeheartedly. Keith Olbermann has not backed down from opposing the evil occupation of Iraq.

Yet, the Democratic party as a whole must adopt an unwavering stance against the occupation of Iraq. It must revoke the membership of Joe Lieberman. Lieberman is running as an Independent in Conneticut. If he wins, he MUST be viewed as an independent. He does not speak for the Democratic Party anymore than an outside observer does.

Hillary Clinton MUST be defeated in the Democratic Primary if she attempts to run for President. Her name is meaningless, her policy is everything, and her policy of Iraq is evil.

The Democrats and the Left in general need to stop second-guessing themselves and need to get rid of the second-guessers from their ranks in order to provide the leadership that the human phyche needs to lead the people to triumph against the evil reactionaries in our country. The Democratic slogan should be: NO MERCY.
