Fannie Mae Rental Program

Here is an article by the Los Angeles Times online discussing the latest move by Fannie Mae to help individuals losing their homes.  Fannie will allow foreclosed home owners the opportunity to lease those properties back for up to a year at market rental rates.  Not a bad deal.  Check out the full article here...
