FBI: We Have No X-Files, No Death Ray
FBI: We Have No X-Files, No Death Ray
The FBI has released a list of the top ten myths about the bureau in anticipation of the centennial, or something like that. Numbers nine and ten on the list: there are no X-Files and they don't really have Tesla's death ray. Good to know, I guess. Depending, of course, on whether or not you believe them. Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act acknowledged that the FBI seized Tesla's papers upon his death and he was known to have been working on military applications of his discoveries, including a "death ray." And as for the X-Files bit, well, it is nice timing with the new X-Files movie "I Want to Believe" coming out. more and more.

well yes
A grain of salt too.
