FC Barcelona and Manchester United FC put on a spectacle worthy of a place in history when they met in the UEFA Champions League final in Rome, the Eternal City.

At the 10th minute of the game Samuel Eto'o came from the right side and managed to score the first goal of the match to put Barcelona in front. ManU keeper Van der Sar didn't look that good at that situation.

At the 70th minute Lionel Messi headed for the 2-0 for Barcelona. It is amazing how this 1.70 meter Messi headed the ball to score his 9th goal of this champions league season.

That was also the end score of the match. Barcelona wins 2-0 against Manchester United.

It was a great match. Both teams lived to their reputation as the best two teams in the world. But it was Barcelona who emerge victorious and became the Champions.
