This is the proposal by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to allow the UNLABELED packaging of radiated food, based on its own criteria of what would be considered consumer need-to-know.

So much for the citizens of this country making an informed decision on what they are putting into their bodies, which is a fundamental Constitutional Right under the 4th Amendment.
