Feeling Bad? Hangover? Cold? Blazz? Below Normal? Out of Sorts? -- Natural Quick Fixer Upper!

Several years ago my friend's Mother was visiting from the Los Angeles area. One morning she made us an old Cuban remedy for making the body feel better.

She put several raw garlic buds into a blender, and 3/4 shot of fresh lime juice (per person), also, in the blender. Then she liquified the ingregients.

She then poured each of us a shot glass full. I remember questioning the mix, as, I wasn't too sure about drinking it. It seemed like, just the mix, alone, spelled HEARTBURN!

When she raised her voice and speed of her speech, pointing her finger at me, I didn't need to understand her Spanish, I immediately grabbed the glass and in-one-quick move chugged the ilixer.

To my surprise, there was no heartburn, a little stange on its taste and strong garlic -- the taste mellows after a couple of minutes -- and it actually works. No ill after-effects either. Garlic taste mellows, but, apparent.

But, you just feel better. It takes away a lot of ill-type feelings. I do the mix every morning, and before bed. It has become a staple of my daily operations.

Don't snub it until you try it and wait 15-20 minutes.

And, remember, DO NOT use lemon. USE ONLY LIME, and fresh garlic.

If you don't have a blender, well, you can chew a couple of garlic buds, and using the juice from one of those plastic green limes from the store, squirt the lime juice into your mouth and swallow it --- It's a little rougher this way though...
