The inmates of the Cebu prison in the Philippines famous for their video dancing to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" have made a tribute video for the "King of Pop". The 1,500 inmates at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, danced to the music of "Thriller" at the exercise yard inside the prison wall on Saturday, 27 June, 2009, morning.
