First Premier Bank credit card possible scam company

My girlfriend received a credit card offer from this company. She signed up and then realized they have a ton of fees for starting up, then a monthly fee, then an annual fee and so on. If you call there number they sent you in loops on an automated system. They have no option to talk directly to someone, you have to jump through hoops to get someone on the phone. Then they harassed her about canceling the card. Eventually the employee told her that it was stupid for her to cancel the card and said "obviously you signed up for a reason". It took 20 minutes of arguing before the lady said she would cancel it.
