Flat Belly Diet is all about strengthening you abdominal muscles and lowering your fat intake. It's all about attitude. You have to do it every day consistantly to make it work. Of course, any good diet will tell you to do that. A consistant exercise routine while watching what you eat is the key to losing weight.
