Flordian Good Samaritan helps distressed mother

In these economic hard times many have found themselves unemployed, hungry even homeless. Myself a mother of two, unemployed awaiting government assistance. Six weeks passed by waiting to receive aide, my bills continued to pile up.

My parents raised me in The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints, Mormon religion, enabling me to have faith to pray to God. During a morning prayer I began to plead with the Lord to give me strength to get through the day. My electric was due to be shut off, and my children were in need of a well-balanced meal, I simply wanted to hide under a rock.

Shortly after praying and calling several local charities to assist with my electric bill, I sill was discouraged and left with no solution. I decided I needed to get out of the house. I grabbed my sons piggy bank and drove to Walmart with flames following close behind. In his piggy bank I was able to get $19. I was excited I would be able to buy eggs and milk, the basics.

As I was walking around the produce I heard a voice of a Good Samaritan. Full of hope and love. He simply told me Hello and handed me $60. Tears began to stream from my puffy face. How did you know? I prayed to the Lord for the strength to take care of my boys. You have answered my prayer. The gentleman told me he was being obeident to his Savior. He listened to the Holy Spirit and willfully listened.

I had the desire to go to Walmart at that particular time, with no money, for a reason. The stranger had a desire to give me money, with no questions asked he followed God hand in hand.

This is a true story. Give unto others. Pray to God and have faith. Those of you who are in a position to give, open your heart to God . Thank you Flordian Good Samaritan. God Bless.
