Nancy Dinsmore, a Florida woman, was shot by her fiance, John Tabutt, on Friday, October 9,2009, a day before Tabutt and Dinsmore were set to be married. Tabutt has told investigators that the shooting was accidental and he thought he was firing at an intruder in their Winter Springs, Florida, home. No criminal charges had been filed as of October 11, 2009.
