Foetuses found in Bangalore garbage dump

A day after rag pickers found foetuses strewn in a garbage dump in the Srirampuram police station area here, there is no headway yet in determining if it is a case of foeticide. Nor is it clear if there were 20 foetuses packed in polythene bags as reported.
