A football club is the legal entity in which the minimum standard of organisation. A football club is formed based on business, and personal motives.
Some football clubs have existed for several years and have a unique and good history on their side.
Football clubs are affiliated to the federation of the countries where they are based.
For example, Sheffield United is often regarded as the first football club according to      history and the club is affiliated to the English F.A., which is the main reason they play in the lower league of English football.
Nowadays, every football club is considered a separate financial entity with various ways of generating funds to meet its financial obligations.
Football clubs are found of acquiring assets, but tangible and intangible assets.
A football club is run like a business with its staff, board members, management staff, and various other important professionals that are essential.
