There are two guides that i have found that are cheap and have step by step directions on where to go right from the start. I found that Joana's Guide is just simply amazing and completely flawless for horde characters. The guide tells you where to go, what build to go with while your leveling, and the best spots for farming exp and gold. Now on the other hand for all of you alliance lovers the best and cheapest guide to go with would be Brian Kopp's guide (http://www.briankopp.com/?hop=0) which has all the alliance quests, builds to go with and good spots that not many people know about in world of warcraft which helps if your on a PvP server so you don't get ganked. Both guides worked amazing for me, if your willing to spend a couple dollars you can catch up or even pass your friends in leveling in no time!
