What every blogger/writer does?

Every blogger wants to earn money. They setup a free blog with Wordpress or Blogger, write and post few articles. They join the Google's Adsense and copy the code and paste it into the blog's sidebars. That's it. They wait for the cash to flow in. Without any visitors, without any clicks, do you expect money?
