A soldier at Fort Hood, Texas went on a shooting rampage. He killed 12 people and wounded 31 others. A wounded civilian officer then shot the suspect. He is in custody and is still alive. The suspect is Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan. He opened fire at 1:30 p.m. Hasan is 39 years old.< p>
