Forty Players Get New PGA TOUR Cards For 2007

Each year, after the official PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour and various mini-tour seasons are complete, those seeking to gain or regain their full-time playing privileges for the following season advance to Qaulifying School.
It's one of the most compelling competitions in sport. A luck bounce or a bad break can determine players' status for a full season.
Each year, some veteran pros who've lost their status, regain it. For others, a long putt, a great bunker shot and someone else's misfortune places them among the top-30 and ties after six rounds in finals.
And that means fully exempt status for the following season.
