The AlterNet article below notices that the Republicans are looking to label as "socialist" anyone who wants the government to change.

Myself, I'm not exactly sure if 'socialism' or 'Marxism' are things to be afraid of. What people are afraid-of is that–if a 'socialism' should befall the free-market–greed will overtake the men who have the option to go 'free capitalist' (i.e. taking all the profits for their own good above the good of the people).
