Franchisee as well all knows is the fastest growing business these days. Almost all the big companies are opening their franchisee as part of their expansion plans. Also it is noticed that the Franchisee is no more a one country’s domestic business expansion. Rather it has become the worldview. That is, a company does not restrict itself with its own country. Instead companies open their Franchisee in many other countries. Of course first preference is given to the developed and developing nations where the chances of growth and expansion of their business is profitable in monetary terms. Such companies who open their area of operation in other countries than only in their own country are called Multinationals. They are the only one who can offer you the best pizzas, the best party environment, with a smiling staff and friendly environment. And above all its the matter of person’s own reputation.

Now if the convincing work is over. Let’s move on to the start of the Franchisee business. These Multinationals take a lump sum money from the citizen of the new country and promises them to give there services, techniques and know how to the person. The major requirement for that person, mostly been observed is, to have a piece of land, which is big enough to operate the business. If you don’t have one than arrange for one. Now the next step is reach the company for your request to start the Franchisee business in your city. The company officials will observe your area, from where you will operate. Check all your documents. And after confirmation of your deposited information regarding identity and other required things, the company gives its consent. The company may offer you some commission or interest or fixed return or any other that may be possible. At that time your first target should be to reach such amount of return, which covers your all expenses, and gives you a comfortable profit margin. Always try to open such business at such place where you feel that there wont be any shortage of customer movement at that place.

What if there is shortage of funds?

Shortage of fund can be some people’s problem. But this is not a big issue. These days many financial institutions are offering loans for starting new work and that also at the lowest possible rates. Now our first work should be to compare the overall rate of interest being offered by different institutions. Then select the one, which offers the low rate with flexible methods or time for the repayment of its loan amount. Next step is to calculate the expenditure of starting the Franchisee business. This may include the lump sum amount that is required to be given to the company, recruitment’s, electricity expenses, other expenses etc. And now aggregate both of them with the minimum required profit to sustain in the business by you. If the aggregate amount of expenditure, is less than the expected profits. Then it is worth taking risks. After all the second name of business is RISK.
