If you're interested in free e-books, I have a nice little bit of news for you. Tor Books is getting ready to launch a new website called Watch the Skies. As an incentive for joining, they are giving out free DRM free PDF downloads of some of their more popular titles. Last week's offering was Mistborn: The Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson (the guy who's been tapped to write the last Wheel of Time novel). This week, they'll be giving away the modern military science fiction classic Old Man's War by John Scalzi. Both of these are immensely good books. I purchased both of them when they came out in print. Since I thought they were good, I wanted to let you know about these works so you could enjoy them also.
