Remember the days of Napster, when you could download music for free?

What the music industry doesn't want you to know is that you still can. There are a vast array of websites online that allow you to search for mp3s and download them absolutely free.

These are my favorites:

Skreemr is my absolute favorite. It gives you the link to download music straight from their site. It also allows you to stream music from their site.

BeeMP3 is another great search site for free mp3s. It lists the top 10 downloads for different parts of the world.

SeeqPod lets your search for music, and includes a great little webapp to help you create playlists of your favorite songs.

Songzzz is a great new site with a huge database of mp3 songs to download.
