A Free Online Resource for Quitting Smoking! Stop Smoking

Healthways has created a wonderful site for helping people to quit smoking. Quitting smoking will of course raise your life expectancy. Especially if you quit young. With the recent (unfair) tax increase on smokers now is as good a time as any to quit. While I have never been a smoker (I am allergic to smoke) I encourage people to quit. It is an amazing way to reclaim a lot of money. It sticks it to state governments who have already spent the windfall profits they received under the master settlement agreement. And even better you may prolong your life, with a better standard of living.

The quitnet site provides forums, an active community of participants, games, smoking cessation resources, and a bunch more features on its website. Good Luck! Addictions are hard to break, but smoking is a no-brainer. It helps you live longer, and saves a lot of money which is essential in this economic downturn.
