Free Real Estate Comps Search

Today I was on a search for a good website, well any website for that matter, that offered free real estate comps without requiring you to fill out some long form. After much time and searching, I finally came across one that I was very impressed with and highly recommend. The site not only lets you pull comps, but also gives you an estimate of your houses value, with an option to change the house's information in case it was rehabbed or upgraded, to help reassess the homes correct value. The website has an enormous amount of graphs, charts and data too to show you how certain areas compare to others in case you are looking to move. Really great site! I can't believe it's free!
