I can't believe I didn't already know about this. There is a ship called the "Freedom Ship", it is the world's largest floating city.

You need to watch the discovery channel more:-) they aired this awesome documentary on the freedomship some time ago

It doesn't actually exist, it's just a concept. Who knows if it will ever get built (a few major technological hurdles need to be overcome).

The "News" section of Web site hasn't been updated since 2005.
