It is very subjective to say which is the best and I can only give you my opinion I have joined many profile heaven, mingleville, bebo, friendster, myspace, facebook, faceparty,hi5, those are the ones I can remember now to me I never liked profile heaven and mingleville is just full of teenage boys sticking up two fingers and teenage girls who think it is cool when some boy sticks up two fingers.

So then you got bebo that website is just confusing so lets not go there. Hi5 and faceparty you know i always thought the idea behind social networking sites where to help meet people from back grounds different from yourself, to meet new friends you otherwise wouldn't meet, but with hi5 and faceparty people just think your weird if you say hello literally no one wants to talk on there so they in my opinion are pointless sites.

So the ones I would recommend is the three mentioned in the title above but which is the best?

Now I have always liked friendster but mainly because it is connected to a large asian community of whom are extremely friendly I have made many a friend there there because of their friendly nature.

But can friendster compete with the big boys Myspace and Facebook sadly no friendster is starting to add applications but it still doesn't have the complete package that the other two have. Myspace and facebook have got a large assortment of applications like the virtual pets and mafia wars etc and on both site people tend to be friendly and alot will talk to you which is the idea behind social networking sites.

But which is the best now to me myspace takes the lead on facebook it has better layouts better group layouts and it isn't over complicated I think facebook can over complicate simple things where as myspace is user friendly.

So in my humble opinion Myspace is the site to go for if you wish to join and find new friends from around the world.
