Low Calorie Snack Cheat Sheet

When you change your lifestyle of how you eat it is good every once in a while to imagine what you would have consumed had you continued to stuff yourself silly. SO for fun I made a pretend meal of what I would have ate over 7 months ago (pre-diet). This was last Thursday with my friend hanging out.

Faux Meal:
Breakfast: Brownies (I would have totally made brownies from scratch) 117 each 2 inch piece = 702 calories cus I would probably eat 6 before the day was over. plus two glasses of milk for 200

Lunch: We went to the mall to look at clothes we want to fit into and get motivated but if we weren't watching our weight this is how things would have gone down: Panda Express Orange Chicken(480), Brocolli and Beef (150) w/ brown rice (330) = 960

Dinner: My roomate said she was dying for mexican food from this place down the street and I love that place so I would have totally gone with her. I always get the Bean and Cheese nachos with the sour cream and guacamole....wait for it, wait for it....1380!!! Holy smokes!

Snack: small cinnabon roll = 300

For a grand total of........3542!!!!! D A M N !!!!!

ACTUALl intake for the day:

Breakfast: An orange @ 62 and 2 scrambled egg @ 200

Lunch: Budget Meal health meal of shrimp and brocolli pasta - 260 cal.

snack: low fat key lime Yogurt - 110

Dinner: Chicken Dog (instead of hot dog @ 300), trader Joes Cheese Crunchies: 1 cup @130 and splenda sweetened Rasberry Zinger tea @ 0.

Total: 1162!!!! Much better!
