INGREDIENTS
1 cup white flour
1 cup Sugar (or substitute)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Or Almond Extract)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 large Can Fruit Cocktail (quickly drained)
1 can
Whip Cream
Preparation
Preheat your oven at 350 for 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients together in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool and store in refrigerator (If there are any leftovers!)
Serve cool or cold with whipped cream as an added treat!
Lower Calories Tip: Substitute Splenda in place of sugar, skip the whip and use Lite Fruit Cocktail that is well drained to reduce sugar & calories.
