Frustrated Wisconsin Man Arrested for Shooting His Lawn Mower
posted July 26, 2008 - 12:29amEver get so frustrated that your lawn mower wouldn't start that you just want to up and shoot the friggin' thing? A man in Wisconsin is under arrest for taking action on that homeowner fantasy.
The man was charged with "disorderly conduct and possession of a sawn-off shotgun."
Police officers said the man told them, "It's my lawn mower and my yard, so I can shoot it if I want."
Apparently the man had been drinking. Hmmm... Guns + Booze + Balky Lawn Equipment = Not a Happy Scenario.
Good thing this fellow hadn't been having an argument with a neighbor; who knows what might have happened.
