Resistance;Fall Of Man was released November 13, 2006, exclusively for the Ps3 (PlayStation 3), created by Insomniac Games and published by Sony, Computer Entertainment.It is also the first in what may be predicted to be a series, as Resistance; United We Fall, was confirmed by Insomniac to be released Fall, 2008.< p>

Resistance;Fall Of man is a FPS, or First Person Shooter, which take place around the 1930's.You, Nathan Hale, must fight your way through 'Chimera' forces, which are humans infected with the virus.You, in the beggining of the game, get infected with the virus, but seem to be immune to it, although you still possess Chimerean trates,whch include, glowing eyes, and regeneation.Although, I cannot provide information on how the outbrake of the Chimerean Virus was started, The sequal, Resistance; United We Fall is expected to solve some of those confusing questions.

Resistance;Fall Of Man takes advantage of powerfull servers, allowing players to host massive battles with up to 40 players.Although, in my personal experience, I have never joined a game with more than 35 players playing simultaneously.Ofcoarse,particular games with massive amounts of players playing simultaneously is not always an advantage, because it could leed to possible connection framerate issues (commonly know as lag), and close combat fighting.Thankfully, Resistance prevents this with powerfull servers, and large maps.
