Garlic chicken and Macs

Garlic chicken and Macs

I'm getting a Mac. I'm a little nervous, actually. but, you can run Windows XP on it, so maybe I shouldn't be nervous... And I'll finally be getting an IPod with that deal they're doing.

I tried to butterfly a chicken. I got nauseated seeing the spine and ribs, so I just hacked it into breast, wing, leg and thigh portions. Having to break the knees to get the legs was really gross sounding. I think if I practiced and got faster it wouldn't be a big deal, but I'm considering going vegetarian just so I don't have to deal with it. >D The carcass is becoming stock as we speak. I love making chicken stock.

It's one of my weird habits, I cook when I'm upset about something. I go in the kitchen and just..make whatever. I usually dont even eat it half the time, I just cook.

I've been peeling garlic as the day goes on, and my under-fingernails hurt!!! Owowowow.

Edit: Oooh my house smells so gooooood! ^_^ Once Christopher gets back from running Brian's games back to his house, we'll get our eat on. OMG can't wait. I burnt my wrist getting it out of the oven though. :C
