Garlic, Effective but Damage?

Garlic,Garlic, is the pungent and strong-scented bulb of European herb from the lily family. The stalks are also edible and can be used in stir-fried dishes.

Rich in glucide and vitamin B1, garlic has a substance called arithin which unites with vitamin B1 and prevents vitamin B1 from destruction.
Although garlic is thought to be a food for stamina, it activates circulations and also stimulates the secretion of gastric juice. Therefore it is thought to be effective on colds, insomia, parasites, neuralgia, muscular pains, and preventive for hardening arteries and high blood pressure. It is said to work as a tranquilizer. Because of its strong effect on the body, overeating damages stomach and liver.

Take a little amount regularly. Whole garlic marinated in soy sauce has less odor and easy to eat.
