Sure, it's something like 'a $20 gift-card in exchange for a bazillion searches and -ratings' (last time I checked); but Spout-members get more-and-more control over the Algorhythm (or whatever you call that 'old Jedi mind-trick' that gets some websites higher than others on the search-engines' lists).
