Get Paid to Write Articles at Associated Content

If you like to write, and chances are you do, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this article or even be on Xomba.com for that matter, you should check out AssociatedContent.com. You should keep your blog at Xomba, but write articles for AC.

It is a site where you can submit articles on basically any topic you like to write about. Some people write about their favorite band, travelling, movies, or things like top ten reasons to buy such and such product. There are articles on every topic you can imagine. It's a great site.

It takes a week for them to get back to you with a bid for your article. I have published about 25 articles on the site. I've been paid between $3 and $10 per article. You article is published online a day after it is accepted and you are paid a few days later through paypal (the easiest way).

Associated Content also has suggestions about what to write and contests you can enter. There are very few other guidelines. It is a very user-friendly site and a good way to make a little money by writing articles, but it does take some time to get started.  If you want to get started with more of a blogging writing style, write for Xomba (this site!)

Write for Xomba.com - Make Money for your writing

Another great place to write online to gain exposure and make pretty good money is this website, Xomba.com. Sign up here and start writing and earning. The more you write, the more you get paid.  I have written for a few sites, and there is not another one that compares to Xomba.  Seriously.  Read more about writing for Xomba here.

good for you..

It's a very good site. See this article I mentioned in my other comment here to learn how to write higher-paying, easily searchable articles. Good luck.

hi...

I have had the most success with articles that are "keyword rich" meaning they have a lot of keywords in them, which makes them easily searchable on search engines like google. For instance, an article about, say, Xomba.com should mention the name at least once in every paragraph, as well as in the headline and in the subheadline. There are some very good articles on Associatedcontent that will help you write better articles (see one really good one here: www.associatedcontent.com/article/43886/a_guide_to_writing_for_the_web_and.html The thing that I have noticed is if I write an article about something I am interested in or have specialized knowledge in, those are the articles that I will naturally do better on and get paid more money for. Also, when you sign up and have your own page at the site, you will be sent messages about what kind of articles they are looking for. One was recently sent out saying they were offering a minimum of $8 for articles on certain topics. this is probably the best way to get paid the most because they have a minimum offer already set. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions. By the way, I recently started a website designed to help people earn more money from their blogs and websites. It has links to good and helpful information as well as articles I have written. Check it out if you want to and let me know what you think. It's called Bloggercues.

I signed up

Thanks for the information Chris, I signed up and will look more into it after this weekend.

Hello everyone, stop and set awhile.

Associated Content

What types of articles have you found earn the most money, and which types the least? I just started placing some articles with them, and the pay has ranged from $3 to $7. Someone in their forums said it was partly due to whether the articles are on a subject that is searched for a lot on the Web. You mentioned Blogfeast a few months back--how did that work out? Their interface seemed pretty unattractive and cluttered to me, and a lot of the articles seemed more like message-board chatter than what I would call articles. But if it pays, hey, I won't complain...
