Getting Banks to Verify My Account to PayPal ... Maybe
posted September 12, 2008 - 8:27amFor some curious reason (I think it was the magic "by Google"-injunction), I was led to try again to open a PayPal-account.
I got my email 'registered' with them, but my account isn't quite 'verified'; so I wrote them the following letter (which explains both why I'm not 'verified' and how I could be soon):
I have a bank-account, but cannot give the numbers (I don't have THEM, nor do I want to). I've been waiting for Y E A R S for you to learn how to send checks-by-mail, and it seems like you can now; but I'm almost afraid that--since I can't give you the account-info to get 'verified'--your program might somehow disable my PayPal-credit, and all my work will be for naught ... errr somethin`.
You might be able to mail me some sort of verification-material, I can have them verify that I'm an actual person (usually) and then mail the verification back to you ... the connection will then be 'hot' and the money will flow like raw, wet sewage, and you will still be Awesome ... Philoi
