Getting out of the OBSESSION

Have you been obsessed with a person or a thing without analyzing it? How can you tell when a person is obsessed with you, or vice versa? Is it true that it is dangerous when a person become obsessed with someone?
You are obsesses when you focus too much attention with someone or something. Whatever decisions you make, it always involves him/her. It seems like your world evolves around him/her, of course you may say that there is nothing wrong with that specially when you are inlove but what you don't know is that you are becoming obsess with that person . When that person didn't love you back the way you expected much worse took you for granted, that's where the problem occurs. You feel like any moment you were going to lose this person and you can't let that happen and you will become another person, a person that you are not. A person that is willing to hurt anyone that would attempt to take away his/her beloved so before this worse thing happen to you try not to focus too much attention in a person. You can do this by teaching your self to draw attention with something else
you hobby perhaps. This will help you to enjoy your beauty and the beauty of your environment as well.
